What to expect after coming us?

We reach out to you within one week of contacting the office to fill out patient related forms.

What payment options do we choose?

I am an out-of-network provider. This allows us to spend time with you and see you frequently based on needs and not on insurance plans. We are happy to provide the appropriate receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment is expected in full at the time of your appointment.

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee, which is the cost of your appointment.
